An administration fee of £150 including VAT is payable per tenant application which covers tenant referencing, the tenancy agreement and deposit registration with the deposit scheme. Where a tenant does not have sufficient income then a UK guarantor may be required at an additional cost of £75 including VAT to cover the referencing and deed of guarantee. If the tenancy is renewed after the initial fixed term, then an administration fee of £120 including VAT is payable for each tenancy renewal thereafter.
Additional fees are payable for the check-in and end of tenancy professional clean of the property. These fees vary accordingly to the size of the property but an estimate of these costs will be made available before proceeding with the tenancy.
An administration fee of £120 including VAT is payable to cover the deed of assignment should one tenant in a shared property be replaced by another tenant (with the consent of the landlord) during the term of the tenancy.
